2709 Alkaline Protease
Introduction:
The Alkaline Protease is a solid enzyme produced by submerged fermentation from Bacillus licheniformis according to the specification of GB/T23527-2009 (China). It is widely applied in detergent, leather depilation and softening, silk degumming, Heparin Sodium, Chondroitin and etc.
Definition of activity:
One gram of solid Alkali Protease powder at 40℃ and PH 10.5 hydrolyze casein in one minute to produce 1ug tyrosine is called one enzyme activity unit and marked with u/g.
Characteristics:
1. Alkaline Protease can efficiently hydrolyze the protein into free amino acids.
2. Effective temperature: 20-65℃ Effective PH: 8-12
Optimal temperature: 40-50℃ Optimal PH: 9-11

Appearance : yellow-brown powder
Odor : normal fermentation odor
Enzyme activity : 100,000 u/g to 400,000 u/g
Water content : less than 8%
Fineness : more than 80% through 40 mesh sieve
Storage & Transportation:
1. As the product has biological activity, please store in cool and dry place and avoid direct sunlight, heat and dampness; avoid storing with poisonous and harmful material
2. Direct sunlight and drenching should be avoided during transportation;
3. Enzyme activity will retain more than 85% of its activity at 25℃ for 6 months.
